Noni finished his Juris Doctor Degree from the San Beda University - Manila in 2019. He passed the Bar Examinations administered in November of the same year.
As a lawyer, Noni worked with M&Associates (the Law Firm of Atty. Liza Araneta-Marcos), a full-service law firm in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. He previously served the Department of Health-Central Office, and Presidential Communications Operations Office in Malacañang.
Prior to being a lawyer, Noni was an Engagement Consultant at the United Nations Development Programme.
He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the Technological Institute of the Philippines Manila. He took and passed the CPA Licensure Examinations in 2012 and started
his career on the same year as one of the accountants of UNILAB, Inc.
He also worked as Assistant Manager for Finance and Accounting in Aranas Law Offices in Makati City and as Consultant of various companies in the National Capital Region.
